Laguna Phuket. Asia's first integrated resort community.

Laguna Phuket opened in 1987 as Asia's first fully integrated resort, reclaiming degraded tin-mining land on the Bang Tao peninsula. The 1,000-acre estate now encompasses six hotels, two golf courses, a beach club, and a residential arm that spans Banyan Tree Residences, Angsana Homes, and Cassia Phuket. The parent company, Banyan Group, is listed on the Singapore Exchange. Ownership inside Laguna carries access to resort facilities, a managed rental program, and a controlled supply environment that has supported values over multiple cycles. The estate was pioneered by Banyan Group founder Ho Kwon Ping.

Mario's read

What to know about Laguna.

Mario treats Laguna Phuket as a sub-market rather than a developer in isolation. The estate's managed rental program and golf membership attachment create a secondary-market buyer profile that differs from standalone condo buyers. Mario monitors which hotel-branded residential tiers are accepting new ownership and which phases are closed to external resale.

Talk to Mario about Laguna

Pre-launch access. By relationship.

Laguna releases new towers and villa phases on a rolling cadence. The best allocations move through a short broker list before any public release. Mario sits on that list and works inventory directly with the Laguna sales team in Phuket.

If a specific Laguna project is on your shortlist, message him. He can tell you exactly what is available, what payment plans are negotiable, and whether the launch is worth the entry price.
